Welcoming Me Back From Germany

So after a long delay, due to a lack on internet at my new house, I'm finally creating a new post to welcome myself back from Germany. So welcome back me. Here's what’s going on in the life of Peter Johnson:

I finally moved out of my parents house. I’ts pretty nice, I actually live in Reno, so instead of a 30 minute drive to work every morning I just have to drive like 10 minutes. Which is good because I have to be at work at 4.

I started school on Tuesday, it’s not too bad, I'm just taking English 101 and Communications 113. It'll be pretty easy, I hope, I don't like reading or writing, so the whole English thing is gonna suck, but I like to talk, so my speech class will be cool.

I picked up a new drug habit when I was in Germany, Heroin is so easy to find over there I just couldn't help myself...wait, no I didn't...

My new job is pretty sweet. I drive to Lake Tahoe everyday, which is cool because Tahoe is pretty much my favorite place in the world pretty much. Except I don't get to go to the beach, I drive to 2 different Safeways, a K-Mart and a Rite-Aid and put magazines and books and shelves...its pretty exciting. But I drink a lot coffee every morning so that’s cool.

But now I'm gonna talk about Germany...it was pretty cool over there...I ate a lot of brats....and drank a lot of beer. My search for a German was unsuccessful, although I did find many potential candidates, just none of them meet my standards...wait, I didn't talk to any of them because I'm a wuss. I also ate a lot of cheese and learned some cool words/phrases in German, some of them even pick up lines as I was getting help from some of my new German friends. It was a lot of fun, I experience I won't soon forget.

I also get the pleasure of driving to Lake Tahoe every day. It's a long drive, but we get to drive the same road that thousands of tourists pay thousands of dollars to come and drive on themselves. My favorite is right out of cave rock, looking over the lake at Tallac. Look for the white boat with a blue cover attached to a buoy, I don't think it has ever moved the two years I have made this drive.

it's funny that your search for a german didn't go well in germany. seems like the perfect place.

From Reno you have to add like 1/2 an hour to 45 min to get through Carson, which is actually one of my least favorite places...but today as I was driving through cave rock I was wondering how they named it, is it because of the big cave that goes through the rocks for us to drive through? because it seams like it was named a long time ago by some "native american" but the cave isn't that old...weird
